Spring Watercolor Workshop is a casual class, all questions are welcome, Sue will do a demo for each of the five sessions. You will explore the Elements of Design & Composition. this includes color, how to mix, solving problems, breaking down the photo to simplify the subject of you paintings. Sue will be teaching landscape painting and flowers with many techniques for both.
This class is geared for the beginner to intermediate painters interested in learning the wonderful world of watercolor. Some drawing ability preferred.
Materials needed are: Flat chiseled edged brushes 1/4" & 1/2"; Round brushes, numbers 4,8,10, or12, Good watercolor paper, Arches is preferred; Small spray bottle; Artists tape; Board to tape the paper onto; Container for water; Paper towels.
Bring reference photos or magazine pictures to paint from, Sue also has photos which you may use.
