CAFE--Watercolor Collage

The process starts with white or natural Japanese paper which you stain (color) using your watercolors. The stained paper is then used to create a collage on a piece of illustration board or other stiff background. Once the paper is glued to the board using matte medium or glue, it can be painted over, more paper applied etc.
Jan Pini and
Michalina Pendzich will lead us through the process. Bring your watercolors and brushes, a stiff disposable brush and matte medium or white glue and some illustration board. 8x10 samples of textured paper will be for sale for $5-10. a studio fee of $3 will be collected.
