Register by July 14.
Register online here for the Bethel Park Arts and Music Festival, July 27, 2024, 10-8. Our screens will be set up in the theater of the Bethel Park Community Center, up the hill on Park Ave. from the Schoolhouse for the Arts. There is no show fee and no commission taken for this one-day exhibit.
You can enter up to three hanging pieces that will all fit on one screen (prints allowed and lower priced items are more likely to sell - you can also show pieces that have been in a previous show) and also cards, bin art, and 3-D pieces, just like a Galleria show. Click for links to the Standards and Inventory or Word Fill-in Inventory Form. Note: you MUST complete an inventory form even if you only have hanging art.
All participating artists must contribute something to be used in a raffle basket for a fundraiser. There is no longer a $50-$75 value requirement but at least $25 value is recommended. The raffle proceeds go to the Bethel Park Community Foundation, Education Foundation, Public Library, and Historical Society.
Also, the last date for presale festival t-shirts is Friday, July 5th. Presale t-shirts can be purchased at: https://form.jotform.com/241585554020149
